Replace the hello app

lytebase-hello is a bootstrap surface, not the long-term application for a cluster.

  1. Build and publish the real application image from its own repo.
  2. Update the project repo or chart values so the active app workload points at the real image, host, and labels.
  3. Keep operator docs in lytebase-infra and keep only the local onboarding pages that are still useful on-cluster.
  4. Retire the hello workload from default values once the replacement route is verified.
  • a lightweight health endpoint
  • obvious links to the operator surfaces
  • a docs entry point for cluster bring-up
  • product branding
  • customer-specific UX
  • application release cadence
  • business-domain content

The cleanest model is: platform docs remain canonical in lytebase-infra, application UX lives in the real app repo, and lytebase-hello stays small enough to replace without ceremony.
